What Hypnobirthing courses do you offer?
I offer a range of in-person hypnobirthing courses in Yorkshire (at your home) and online one-to-one or group courses if you're based a little further afield.
My hypnobirthing courses include:
Approx. 8-10 hours* of friendly tuition provided by me
Guide to Hypnobirthing workbook, including lots of positive birth stories
Relaxation MP3s to enjoy in your own time
A fabulous good bag, including a pack of Positive Birth Affirmation cards to pin up around your home
Continued support post-course should you need it via WhatsApp or Email
As I build my business I will also be offering a range of additional courses, add-ons and exclusives from hypnobirthing for c-sections, pregnancy relaxation evenings, events with health professionals and more.

Do you offer Hypnobirthing classes near me?
If you would prefer to enjoy the hypnobirthing classes in the comfort of your own home, I can travel out to you to deliver the course (usually up to 1 hour’s drive away from my home). As such, I can easily cover Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Leeds, Pontefract, Castleford, Wakefield, Harrogate, Wetherby, York, Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley, Goole, Howden and Hull. Please note, there may be a small charge for petrol depending on how far you live. Simply get in touch to discuss!
Alternatively, for those of you a little further afield, you can join me online wherever you are in the world via my online hypnobirthing classes.
When should I start Hypnobirthing?
It's never too early to start your Hypnobirthing journey! Some women like to be super prepared and start after their 20-week scan. However most women start around 26-28 weeks - this will allow you to have lots of time to practice the techniques and have the powerful questioning tools to hand if or when you need them.
What course materials will I have access to?
For online courses, you'll receive a digital workbook containing all the training materials and MP3s, along with a carefully selected goody pack, including a pack of positive affirmation cards sent through post.
For in-person courses, I'll hand-deliver a printed version of the training materials along with the goody pack!

How much does a Hypnobirthing course cost?
Typically, teacher-based Hypnobirthing courses can cost from a couple of hundred pounds to £1k depending on the company, course and instructor. I've created a range of courses to suit different budgets, needs and flexibility. Feel free to contact me to discuss options if you can't find what you're looking for!
Does the cost of the course include my Birth Partner?
Yes, it’s just one payment for the course itself and you can bring either your birth partner or another person who may be supporting you in your pregnancy and birth.
I don't have a Birth Partner. Does this matter?
Absolutely not! These courses are accessible for all. You can join the course individually or choose to bring a close friend or family with you who may be supporting you when you give birth (there is no additional cost).
I'm having a planned Caesarean. Will Hypnobirthing help?
Yes, absolutely! The benefits of Hypnobirthing are truly accessible for all births, and help you to create the best possible birth experience that’s right for you. On this course, you’ll learn about lots of lovely Hypnobirthing techniques that are incredibly effective in the run up and throughout your caesarean birth.
